By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 or older.

Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  • You must provide accurate information, including your real date of birth

  • You may not create an account on behalf of someone else

  • You may only have one account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent run listings

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

  • Post offensive, obscene, or discriminatory content

  • Use the App for any illegal activity

  • Impersonate another person

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App

  • Scrape or collect other users' data without consent

  • Use the App if you are under 13 years of age

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the App. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

The App facilitates connections between players for pickup sports games. We are not responsible for the conduct of users, the accuracy of run listings, or any injuries at games found through the App. Participation in pickup sports carries inherent risk. You participate at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrainGainz LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
